Zipp Labs is a Technology company that wants to make a sustainable impact on social problems resulting from increased ‘traffic at the front door’, driven by the growth of E-commerce.

Many players in the supply chain have come up with partial solutions that lead to suboptimal improvements. Zipp Labs has developed state-of-the art answers for this problem in the form of its ZippAlert Portfolio. The company wishes to make ZippAlert a standard for as many residents as possible.

Zipp Labs will do so by using a variety of Product-Market Combinations and partnerships that may differ per geography. Introduction will commence in the Benelux and as of the second half of 2023 in a number of other areas, including North America.

Staying in the picture with customers

Following the integration of the ZippAlert API in a Corporate app (as white label) customers with a Zipp device will need to download the app and opt-in for notifications, as to be able to use the product. The relevant Corporate can now use its app for targeted communication via notifications with guaranteed reach.

Upon integration of the ZippAlert API in corporate apps, customers with a ZippAlert will automatically download the app and opt-in for notifications to make use of the product. This newly opened Zipp Channel can subsequently be used for targeted app communication with a guaranteed reach.
